Many people search for properties using the pictorial magazines or websites that use an IDX feed in Charlotte NC.  These methods are not nearly as effective as my custom property finder system.  The pictorial ads only represent a small portion of the actual available inventory in our market and the information is dated the instant the magazines hit the stands.  As for the other sites, eg realtor.com, homes.com, etc…  These sites are fed by the data exchange system for the MLS database.  This information is also on a lag compared to the actual inventory in the Charlotte real estate arena.
