Sardis Plantation subdivision in Matthews NC was built by Trotter builders over the late 1980′s and mid 1990′s.  The homes in this community are constructed primarily of brick and have at least .3 acre lots.  Great schools and a low hoa fee ($160/year when this article was published) characterize this community.  Homes in this community are listed today ranging from the mid 200′s to the early 300′s.  Please do not hesitate to call me, Charlie Berry, for more information on this great community.

Sardis Forest subdivision in Matthews, NC offers a lot of bang for the buck.  Although most homes in this community do not have an attached garage, the lots are niced sized and the community doesn’t feel “cookie cutter”.  Most homes in this community are either ranches or 1.5 story homes and prices range from the high 100′s to the mid 200′s.  This is a great community for starter homes and a wonderful place to see your dollar go a long way.

Providence Manor is an all brick community built by Toll Brothers approximately 10 years ago.  The school districts are fantastic, Elizabeth Lane Elementary, South Charlotte Middle, and Providence High School.  Homes in this community range from the 400′s-500′s and generally have at least 1/3 acre lots with ft^2 values from the early 3ooo ft^2 to mid 3000 ft^2
