This weekend I had the privilege of selling a beautiful Kaben Builders Custom Home to a nice couple from Delaware. The home is in The Gardens on Providence Subdivision off of Providence Rd just South of Rea Rd. This community is very wooded, quiet, and offer an excellent location with fantastic schools. This home will be closing in the middle of November, just in time for the holidays.

Providence Downs South, the hottest new neighborhood in Union Co for Charlotte Real Estate is getting even better, the pool was just recently opened, the gates to the neighborhood are closing next week making it a controlled access neighborhood. The schools for the neighborhood are Sandy Ridge Elementary, Marvin Ridge Middle and Marvin Ridge High, the elementary school and middle school are both Honor Schools of Excellence, a designation that only 3.4 %of schools in the entire state of NC achieves.
This neighborhood provides easy access to the major arteries of the the area. This neighborhood still has some homes in under the million dollar mark but I feel that within the year, those prices will be nonexistant.
