The numbers are in for the Standard and Poor’s (S&P/Case-Shiller® Home Price Indices) yearly housing index.  The Charlotte Metro area has come away with the only positive increase in value for 2007 of 1.8 %.   Charlotte is a great city with a steady economy, factor in housing prices, and return on investment, it is no wonder why Charlotte NC Real Estate is becoming more and more in demand by people living elsewhere in the country and world.
