Charlotte Real Estate Conditions
I just love all of these national newscasters generalizing the decline in the housing market to include Charlotte NC!! Charlotte has enjoyed a slow but steady appreciation over the last years, and, even in the current market, has continued to climb. According to a recent article posted in The Charlotte Observer quoting Statistics and Facts from Standard & Poor’s index measuring home prices in multiple markets, Charlotte property values have continued to go up, in fact, Charlotte NC is tied for first place with Seattle WA.
Charlottes Real Estate Market is strong, it will remain strong. Charlotte is a very transient area, in my opinion, property is undervalued significantly in Charlotte, when the Market adjusts, those who own now, or will buy in the near future will cash in!! Things are great here, I Love Charlotte!
