Stonebridge Golf Club is located 25 miles South of Uptown Charlotte.  Stonebridge Golf Club is semi-private and has many housing options ranging in price from the mid 200’s up to the 1 Million mark. 

The golf course is phenomenal, designed by golf course architect Richard B. Osbourne, the course can present a challenge to both beginners and well-rounded golfer alike.  Being an avid golfer myself, I can attest to the wonderful condition that this course is kept in, especially the greens!  It is still extremely reasonable to get in this golf course community, as the course matures and Charlotte continues to grow, the price of real estate will certainly increase as well.  It is a great time to buy at Stonebridge!!

Yesterday I played in an exclusive broker golf outing at The Club at Longview.   WOW, what a great golf course, rated #1 in Charlotte and # 11 in the state of North Carolina.  As far as South Charlotte Real Estate is concerned, this is the elite community for you, but, be prepared to spend some money to get in this private gated golf course community in South Charlotte.
