Ballantyne Country Club is a great luxury home community developed by Crescent Resources.  The Country Club is conveniently located just off of Johnston Rd off of the I485 Outer belt.  The community has a fantastic school assignment, a great tennis and pool facility, and opportunities to secure homes built by some if the best custom home builders in the business in Charlotte NC.  I have played the golf course on a few occasions, it is always in great shape and has great views and a challenging layout.

Stonebridge Golf Club is located 25 miles South of Uptown Charlotte.  Stonebridge Golf Club is semi-private and has many housing options ranging in price from the mid 200’s up to the 1 Million mark. 

The golf course is phenomenal, designed by golf course architect Richard B. Osbourne, the course can present a challenge to both beginners and well-rounded golfer alike.  Being an avid golfer myself, I can attest to the wonderful condition that this course is kept in, especially the greens!  It is still extremely reasonable to get in this golf course community, as the course matures and Charlotte continues to grow, the price of real estate will certainly increase as well.  It is a great time to buy at Stonebridge!!
