Bridgehampton is a John Wieland community that was built in the early part of 2000 with home prices ranging from the high 400′s to to early 600′s on the NC side and high 300′s to early 400′s on the SC side.  This community has awesome amenities including a pool with water slide, community center, lighted tennis courts and a playground that most any child would be thrilled with.  Lot sizes are generally .5+ acre and the HOA fee is relatively small for what you get at $925/year.  School districts for this community are:  Elon Park Elementary, Community House Middle, and Ardrey Kell High.  The SC side of the community go to Indian Land Elementary, Middle, and High.

Provincetowne Subdivisoin is located off of Ballantyne Commons Parkway with easy access to Rea and Providence roads.  Homes in this community were generally built in the 90′s and are a great value with homes ranging from the high 100′s to low 200′s.  The school districts for this neighborhod are Polo Ridge Elementary, J.M. Robinson Middle and Ardrey Kell High, all great schools.  If you are looking for value with great location and schools, you have found it at Provincetowne.

Blakeney Heath subdivision has homes priced in the 200′s with homes being built in the late 90′s.  School districts for the community include Hawk Ridge Elementary, Community House Middle and Ardrey Kell High.  Blakeney Heath is a great community for price and location, the community also features a community playground and common area.
