Berkeley Subdivision is located just off of I-485 and Providence Road.  This community is very mature as it was built primarily in the late 80’s-early 90’s.  With a fantastic location close to major shopping and thoroughfares this community has a lot to offer.  The school districts for the community are:  Providence Spring Elementary, J.M. Robinson Middle and Providence High.  Homes in this community are generally priced from the high 300’s to mid 400’s.

Auburn Place subdivision is a great community located adjacent to Blakeney Greens shopping center.  This Pulte built community has yard maintenance included for the busy professional or anyone that just doesn’t like that sort of chore.  Schools for this community are Hawk Ridge Elementary, Community House Middle, and Ardrey Kell High.

Allyson Park is located just outside of Ballantyne off of Old Ardrey Kell Road with homes in the 400’s to 500’s range.  The community features swim and tennis amenities and is assigned to great school districts:  Elon Park elementary, Community House middle, and Ardrey Kell High.  Blakeney Greens shopping center is just around the corner as well which features one of my favorite Ballantyne restaurants, 131 Main.
