Provincetowne Subdivisoin is located off of Ballantyne Commons Parkway with easy access to Rea and Providence roads.  Homes in this community were generally built in the 90′s and are a great value with homes ranging from the high 100′s to low 200′s.  The school districts for this neighborhod are Polo Ridge Elementary, J.M.
