Providence Grove is a Ryland built swim/clubhouse community with HOA dues of $165/quarter.  The size of homes in this community range from 1800 ft^2 to 3200 ft^2 with homes settingt on at least 1/4 of an acre.  Having worked for Ryland before, I understand their process and how to get the most bang for your buck.

Provincetowne is community that was constructed in the late 1980′s.  This community is in a great location with great schools:  Polo Ridge Elementary, J.M. Robinson Middle School and Ardrey Kell High School.  This community has great lot sizes and extremely reasonable prices for the location.

The Reserve subdivision is a newer community built in the mid 2000′s with a phenomenal location.  Prices in this Centex constructed community range from the mid 200′s to low 300′s and features both swimming and club house amenities.  The lot sizes are nice, generally .4 acre or above.  The school districts for the Reserve Subdivision are Sandy Ridge Elementary and Marvin Ridge Middle and High, all great schools with very high scores on the NC standardized testing system.
